Optimal athletic performance starts with mental training. Being an athlete on top of your game is more than just being strong, fast, and good at your sport. It’s also having the mindset of a winner.

Neuroscience research has shown that when athletes have a clear and focused mind, they perform better and at higher levels than their peers who don’t. 

I work with teams and athletes to give them an edge in their sport. We work together to identify mental blocks and barriers that keep them from performing their best.

how does mindfulness relate to performance?

Mindfulness training puts athletes in the driver’s seat. By learning how to focus on the moment, without judgement, athletes are better equipped to put all their power in the challenges that exists in front of them. Rather than putting energy into the outcome, mindfulness allows athletes to focus on exactly the point of action, increasing performance to their optimal level.


my approach

Each client is different, and I cater to the needs of individuals and teams. This is not a canned program - I work with individuals one-on-one to help break mental barriers that are blocking ultimate performance. The topics I teach are extremely complex; my expertise is in delivering the tools and exercises in a way that is digestible and accessible.

I’m honest and direct, like a true Aussie! My goal is to guide individuals toward their best selves, both mentally and physically. Sessions are available in-person or online.
