How to use the tools to gain CLARITY….
Defined as the ability to recover quickly, our ability to recover from stressful events, perceived threats and emotional triggers is vital in this new world. Whilst our brains are wired to see these obstacles as major threats we are able to change the set point and renegotiate our default setting. Simple practice tools used regularly will overtime wire our brains to see these threats as part of the human condition, part of life and although we will still feel these emotions they won’t have the same control over our lives.
